Feedback:

I went into the Post Office, to send 8"×10" Portraits Across Seas.I also bought a book of postage stamps. I got to choose my style of stamps.

Feedback:

We can’t seem to get the mail lady to pick up our mail and it normally only happens on Mondays. We put a magnet shaped like a heart to indicate we had out going mail and have left notes multiple times explaining what it is for! We caught the regular mail employee and she said the other woman is new and will get better. Ok, I get that new job, new stress. But this has now been going on for months! I guess I need to raise some pigeons to ensure my mail is delivered correctly or even better maybe a monkey!

Would give negative stars if I could. Incompetent, slow and probably brain dead. The worst postal service I have ever experienced. You can count on a delay even with paid priority shipping and it's a 50/50 chance your package gets stolen or never delivered at all. I hope the management of this facility gets ran over by a truck.

I also experienced an USPS worker who was way above standard with friendly attitude & offering assistance I hadn't even expected. Window hours were over,& I was using the APC. As a Top Rated EBay Seller, I rely on USPS as a partner. The friendly & eager 'help' ended up with some dings to my rank with how EBay evaluates sellers. Her guidance was false info, & my pkg never got a scan EVER. I at least took pic of postage I'd purchased after she intervened as I went thru automated steps. Only proof I had that I sent item,& Geotagging of pic was feeble,but only, way to show I sent sold item. USPS worker took the label/postage w pkg w/o my asking & stated she'd take it t p the back for me and finish up placing the label.

Trying to get passport was treated AWFUL, NO ONE wanted to give me any info or even talk to me at all, the lady that said she was in charge of passports was leaning on counter saying her knee hurt she was going home(at 2:30) was suppose to be open till 4:30 , i didnt have appt. (no one was there at all in the office) But didnt even know i needed one, that was my third trip there and never could ask anyone anything to know that. I ask to make appt. OH NO!!!! Cant do that either!!! You have to go on line to make appt. OMG what are we paying people like that salarys for that wont even take their time to even speak to you, not even to make appt...GOING to Willard to get passport. .NO APPT NEEDED!!!! THANK YOU SPRINGFIELD PASSPORT OFFICE FOR NOTHING....

I really dislike dealing with you people your awful and always mess up my deliveries. Whether someone is here or not theres always a reason we cant receive it. This is why most people use ups are fedex.
