About - Elegant Events

I had my wedding through Elegant Events. They made the hall beautiful but they did not help at all on the day, despite my need for help. I was told I would have the support from them on the day but they booked a bigger and more expensive wedding on the same day as mine so I got no help at all from them - just setting up the hall then gone.The photographer in the roof service is very bad too. My wedding was in January and I still didn't get my photo albums now in mid April. The film is also an absolute mess too and requires so much work. Such a shame that I paid so much for so little. Their flowers are fabulous but the service on the day is not worth the price.Edit: Finally got my wedding photographs in June after having a January wedding. Appalling.Also pls note some of the reviews left for this company are by the employees working there...!
