Jamie Faulkner review of Elegant Imagery Video Productions is false! She has mistaken Elegant Imagery Video Production with Elegant Imagery Photography. I am the owner of Elegant Imagery Video and I have not done a bridal show in 15 years. Mrs. Faulkner posted the same review on Wedding Wire and when I told them about the post they deleted it. Wedding Wire’s records revealed that Mrs. Faulkner lives in Florida and we are based in Pennsylvania. Wedding Wire deleted the review. I have tried to get this review removed from Google many times and have been unsuccessful. My company has 5 star reviews everywhere except the review that was mistakenly posted by Mrs. Faulkner. We at Elegant Imagery Video go the extra mile to exceed our client’s expectations.

Long story short - I won a contest at a bridal show with them where I was allowed to pick two FREE Prizes from a list. I have all of the communications that state the items were FREE & there was no contingency of having to book their services. After several months of trying to communicate with them & letting them know we chose a different photographer for our wedding day - they refused to follow through with our 'free' prizes and told us we would be required to book their services to get our 'prizes'. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend them to anyone.
