I would love more online access to account managers, reports, and info, which it seems like their new portal is bringing to the experience!

There are a lot of things that are great working with Eric and Elemerce. A very well structured, clear and responsive communication creates the best experience in our relationship. The way the communication take place is with respect and a patience. This is a result of their core values. Also, the quick payments is another great experience that we have.

It is hard to say... if it's something to change is from our side much more than from Elemerce side. :(

Working with Elemerce has been an amazing experience. They have far more in-depth knowledge about advertising on Amazon than most agencies out there. They don't just set auto campaigns and they are strategic in how they spend money on branded keywords. I love working with Elemerce.

Elemerce creates a positive environment and has tools that are not found anywhere else. They have Subject Matter Experts who know their stuff and are willing to share trade secret to help progress who they work with. There is a true passion in the way that they work, they want to not just help the company succeed, but are looking for the betterment of eCommerce as a whole.

What would you change about the experience?

Adding a better avenue for reporting and communication, between team members and clientele. That wold help them be even better. They communicate properly and enough, I would just suggest making a better ease of use.
