Lydia hired another company to take pictures and videos for my sister’s wedding and after the wedding was over she told the other photographer company to delete the wedding video and didn’t bother to inform my sister. She disappeared for months while my sister waited patiently and was even willing to pay her extra for her wedding pictures and videos. She never responded to messages until she was told that it would be taken to court she finally responds back with a long excuse claiming she had gotten busy and that she was having issues with her husband, divorce; etc. Unprofessional and disappointing. Update: If anyone needs proof please message me personally and I’ll have my friend message you personally to show you screenshots and proof.

Lydia was able to do the impossible! She made me feel comfortable, pulled me out of my shell and had me laughing in no time. Not to mention, the photos were amazing! I’m an artist and wanted an action shot of me painting, she created a black room that allowed me to splash paint everywhere while she photographed!!! Her studio is so large she could pull off anything. The end result was just phenomenal!

I’m not surprised by all of the owner’s responses to her customers. She either claims they were never customers of hers or that they’re lying. You can’t win with her. Save your money and go elsewhere. She will scam you.

Secondly, your response validated my review of you and your business etiquette which is the whole purpose of reviewing a business and doesn’t require one to be a customer.

My comment was not saved, however I will add them. Though I am not a past or current client, I was in search of a photographer, and as I always do I read the comments & reviews to get a sense of the company I could be working with. My rating is strictly based on how the company responded to past customers who were dissatisfied with their service. The level of unprofessionalism and aggressive replies in response to unhappy customers (which is expected in business that not all customers will be happy) was something that stood out greatly, more so than responses to satisfied customers, and could have been handled in a more tactful way.
