Charlie Harmon worked tirelessly and patiently setting up my web site and design, always checking in with my progress and offering help if needed. He was diligent and responsive throughout, and then provided very clear and informed point form documents on how to manage aspects of the site myself. He set up the inventory, purchasing systems, and a client checkout cart that is easily and clearly accessible, strategically placed many photos, and helped to edit and write extensive text. Charlie is clearly the most diligent, receptive, and thorough Web design person I have found.
