Client Review on Embroidery King

Feedback:

I asked Embroidery King to make some hats for my company that was washable. The owner refused to do research and find one that would work for us. I did not have time to start over with another embroidery co. so I order some hats and said if I can't wash these I will never come back. One wash and the color is almost completely gone on the hat. I just called him and asked for my DST. file that I paid for and own. He refused to send it to me with out paying him $40.00 and said I do not give him enough business to care. Bottom line is his embroidery is good but he does not know the products he sells to customers and gives horrible customer service!
