Client Review on Embroidery Services, Garment Printing

I cannot break my experience with the embroidery service, as I did not ultimately get anything embroidered. However, I can rate the service I was presented with on my entry into the store. I had a request to embroider a garment that I had brought in myself, and wanted to inquire whether the service was available same day. The associate at the counter said, "a week to 10 days" and then laughed and repeated "you want it today? Oh, no! Hahaha." This was extremely off putting to me. While same day embroidery service may not be a service that your business offers, it's not an unreasonable request as there are several places that DO offer same-day service. Which I will be seeking out and utilizing. It is is extremely rude and condescending to laugh in the face of a customer making this request. It would have been more appropriate to simply state that unfortunately that's not a request you could fulfil and state your standard turnaround. Laughing me out of the store was unnecessary and made me feel belittled. If I had considered using the services of this business in the past, I can be sure I will find other businesses for any embroidery needs I may have in the future. Please be more considerate of your customer services experience next time.
