I've ordered multiple items from them. The embroidery is perfect on T shirts, denim shirts, winter coats as well as golf shirts. We have also ordered promotional items that were a big hit at our last event. Fast, friendly service and Sammie is super helpful.

Fully promoted did a great job working with us! We had a small order of just 2 jackets and they treated us like we spent $5000! We received the jackets with our logo embroidered faster then expected. When I went too pick the order up one of the jackets had a small blemish that personally I could not see. They did not feel comfortable so they ordered us another jacket that was mailed to me within 4 days. They also gave us the other jacket that i have on as I write this!! Still can’t see the blemish!! Lol. We will definitely them again in the near future!!

Poor customer service! I was apppauled after going to the dublin location for years, I went to the gahanna location and they turned away my business because I brought my own shirts in. Stating " we don't want to be responsible for a shirt if it gets messed up"(George Jahahn). We're talking about a $2.00 Hanes T-shirt here, for a painting company. Painters ruin shirts in a day or 2. We like $2.00 shirts here. Sorry you can't make your markup off my $2.00 shirt. Bad business! Could have made an exception and kept a brand loyal customer like myself who's referrals are as good as gold.

Over 3 years of doing business with Embroid Me in Gahanna, and have personal hands on service with every purchase. I order hundreds of items at a time for our retail store. The product and the experience is superb every time. If every company did business this way, we would not need google reviews or yelp ever. Keep it up guys, and thank you for all you do for us!
