We had bags custom embroidered for our product line and the end result looked great. The reason I feel compelled to write a great review is not just because the end product was professionally done and exactly what I wanted, it was the over-the-top customer service that DJ and his team provide that really gained my trust and loyalty. I am a surgeon and we are a demanding profession. Our lives are all about accuracy, precision, and professionalism - it is often hard to live up to my expectations but DJ and his team at EmbroidMe surpassed them.
