Have been doing business with this company for over 2 years. Printed about 20 T shirts and realized some damage on the shirts. The print was screen printed in red, and the letters were not fully printed on. The edging was peeling. Brought this to the managers attention, his name is Miguel. Miguel, was rude and sarcastic when it came to the discussion of reimbursement. He was acting as if it were my fault. Only offered a discount on the damaged shirts. Was quite shocked at his style of customer service. Will not be returning due to the quality of service from him. The other staff is great. I would recommend rethinking who is left in management when it comes to dealing with customers.

Their machine ruined a North Face jacket that was being embroidered and they did not replace the jacket. Worse yet, they were going to charge me for the embroidery! They did, however, offer to embroider a new one for free if I purchased it! I can't believe they are not responsible for damages that they do to a customers items. Too many other companies that do a good job, never again.

Great people that can provide anything you need to promote your business. We have bought several shirts with our company logos that they custom-made and insulated cups for our customers. I highly recommend this business.
