Client Review on EmbroidMe Pickerington, OH

Feedback:

Bruce was not very professional. My family decided to wait for the seasons to change to submit our order. When we followed up the following Spring, he did not reply back until we followed up. He sent an email saying that he did not want to take on our project because we failed to order the previous Fall, which was, in my opinion, unprofessional and rude. Even when I came in to speak to Bruce, he seemed short and cranky. I told Bruce that we are not in the business of sabotaging companies, but we would post an honest review of our experience. His response in email was, "you're not the only one with access to the internet." I took this as a threat that if we posted an honest review, he would in turn post a review of my husband's company. I informed him that he could not review my husband's company because he never sought a service from him, and that would be dishonest and vengeful. Additionally, my husband would never treat customers the way Bruce does, so it was irrelevant. Nonetheless, I would NOT recommend getting service from someone with his character. His wife, Nynette, on the other hand was very sweet and professional.
