Client Review on Embroidery Services, Garment Printing

Feedback:

They doubled the price on items you bring to them for embroidering from $7.50 to $15.00 and added a hundred dollar minimum. Eliminating small business owners from their business model. I was told they are a franchise and can’t afford the cost of making errors on items they don’t sell directly. I guess I am looking for a new embroidery company and will no longer be able to work with this local company. I had referred several people to them in the past 3 years. The people I referred were also small business owners and are no longer part of their business model.
