Client Review on Emerald Ridge

The apartment had to be cleaned again after the cleaning lady supposedly was there. There was a blank check from previous tenant left in the kitchen drawer along with various other mail items. When you first walk into the building there is a strange smell and you can clearly see all of the cracks in the drywall all over the building, multiple hallways and stair wells are left half painted. Plenty of nights it sounded like the upstairs neighbors were having band practice. There also needs to be a rule about people's dogs barking at all times of the day and night. The only good thing is that the price for the apartment was actually practical compared to other apartment complexes.
