From the initial onboarding to API set-up and automation, I am in direct contact with each specialist necessary to helping me overcome a specific challenge. For example, my tech knowledge is lesser than my marketing expertise. eMercury recognised this and checked my work at each stage of my onboarding to ensure all set-up was done correctly. The level of personal service. Unlike some monolith ESPs, you are on first-name terms with the owner and other key support personnel working on your account. They care about your success and helping you to develop your eCRM expertise, automation and email strategy. Consultative and proactive, these are the qualities that set eMercury apart.

I have done email marketing for about 12 years and have tired many companies from the biggest names to smaller ones and Emercury has the absolute BEST support .They are supper legit ,will remove bad or invalid address from your list for you making sure you dont get stuck in spam traps and more. They really care and best of all they answer emails and help out very very fast .It does not matter if you need help with a template or all the intricacies involved in email marketing. Iam so happy I found them you should try them the pricing is good and the tech support really cares and never makes you feel like you are asking too many questions. Ive worked hard to legitimately build my subscriber base and now I finally found a great company that really helps and cares..Try them now you will not be sorry!

I am a political consultant who has been using Emercury for the past several years as part of political campaigns. I experienced several far inferior services prior to finding Emercury. I can say without hesitation that the customer services offered by Emercury are truly incredible. No matter what your need or problem, there's a guy available via chat (my hero is Archie) who will take care of you. Additionally, and equally importantly, they keep their servers' reputations clean so email actually gets to where it is sent. Many outfits claim this cleanliness, but Emercury lives it and it makes a huge difference in successful communications. Their system itself, from paying to designing to sending is nicely designed, simple to use and very cost effective. Oh, and did I mention that the customer service chat line is extremely timely. I don't know how they do it, but they get back to you really quickly. Simply put, there is no finer mass email delivery service than Emercury.

Been working with Emercury for years and I've always been pleased but recently they went above and beyond. I installed a problematic HTML and their IT guy, who was extremely communicative, fixed every bit of it, which was actually my designer's fault. Anyway, big thumbs up to EMercury.
