I talked to Ryan about my computer, it was the bottom part of my laptop that had to be replaced. He took only a couple of hours to work on it and charged me reasonably. He offered to even drop my laptop off to my place, after he was done, since I live in the area but don't have a car. When I went to pick up my laptop in my roommate's car, I got stuck in the snow, his brother and he helped me out of it. He is a super nice and humble guy.
