Ok so I got etc over Xfinity awhile back and they couldn't get my sound to work through my tv so they hard wired it to my sound bar and it work well I am going to get rid of my sound bar so I call today to get them to fix it and the guy came out and tried and he couldn't get it so he had a engineer call me and first off the guy was extremely rude and treated me like i am a 7 year old and kept saying I messed something up on the tv but my ps4 Nintendo switch works just fine on all my hdmi and had me try another tv well I was leaving so I told him I would try later so I did and guess what it didn't work on that tv either so I called back and they had a manager call me and I told him the other tv didn't work either and he said I must have hooked it up wrong ok how hard is it to plug a hdmi cord in to the tv then he told me that my tv that is an lg was not compatible with my tv then he say that I was not doing it right lol. Guess i need to watch a YouTube video to hook up a hdmi cable. Dont go here just get Xfinity. Never will I go back to these liars

Everytime I pay my bill the lady at the desk wants to know my pin. I tell her I don't know my pin then get asked what services I have. I just wanted to pay and get a receipt. Guess I'll be looking for another cable service.
