My wedding will have been a year ago in 3 days and I still don't have my video. The services were expensive and I’ve already paid for everything. The contract strategically has no completion date on it (shame on me for not asking about it) and the worst part is I’ve been checking in with them every few months for updates instead of them keeping me posted when timelines were pushed back from what they promised each time I inquired. It has been a revolving door of excuses. Needless to say this experience has been more than frustrating! Do NOT use their services unless you are ok with a company that over promises and under delivers.
