Epic Events did the lighting for my stepdaughters wedding at Grounds for Sculpture 9/2019. We were extremely happy! A designer worked with me to create a custom static design instead of the usual monogram, and it turned out beautifully. Everyone I dealt with was a top notch professional and gave us exactly what we requested. I highly recommend Epic!

We found out about Epic events via the venue we booked for our wedding day , ( The Elan in Lodi :-) )and they did not disappoint. Justine and Aurora were very patient and accommodating throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day I couldn't help but cry happy tears ! The decor was what I imagined and more, dancing on the clouds was magical ,and the dancing robot got all our guest on the dance floor. Thank you so much guys!!

We hired Epic Events for our wedding photos, video, and DJ. We are so pleased with the high quality of their work and just how professional the entire team is. We had specified that we wanted the music to be loud enough for a party atmosphere, but low enough so that our guests could enjoy conversing without having to shout and lose their voices. That task was accomplished. Justin kept the flow of the reception going quite nicely without being cheesy or pushy. The DJ strung our requested music together with seemless precision. The editing job that was done for our highlight video and the full length one was AMAZING! We were given links so that we could share it with loved ones near and far. We also have all video and photos on a thumb drive. We feel that Epic Events was worth every penny.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, annoying, and obviously expensive. Luckily it's also a buyer's market. When my husband and I began shopping around for our wedding entertainment, we looked at a number of different vendors who offered a variety of services, but everything seemed to come with a small catch. i.e. "The DJ IS the MC. We'll send one person." "We don't do lighting packages. That's up to the venue." "For your photo booth, we can fit 15 people, but you'll only get one print per group."Well I'm happy to say that, when you book with Epic, not only do they do pretty much EVERYTHING, they are more interested in catering to your needs than they are about fitting your wedding into a pre-made "box." We were able to get a full lighting package with a dedicated lighting engineer, a DJ, an (absolutely amazing) MC (Justin), two amazing photographers, an open air photo booth with a dedicated photo technician, unlimited prints (and a backup printer), and A to Z service that covered (and I emphasize this word again) EVERYTHING. When you sign up with Epic, you get access to an online portal that acts as a direct line from you to the entire Epic team. From there, we were able to fill in our intro pairs (groomsmen and bridesmaids, etc.), our song selections, and our photo requests (we wanted family photos on the dance floor). And whenever we had a question, Epic was always a phone call or an email away. Over the course of 14 long months, we always received prompt, fantastic service.I can say with the utmost sincerity that Epic Events was one of the most important factors in making our wedding fun, memorable, and, well, EPIC.

Epic Events is a breath of fresh air. From beginning to end, they were friendly, easy to work with, professional, responsive, prompt in arrival, and have quality products and service. As an event planner, working with them gave me a sense of peace and ease as I did not have to worry about them. When I first started looking at Epic Events, I noticed that they had near universal five-star reviews. Part of me was skeptical. The other part was hopeful. Now I’m giving my own five-star review.Epic Events did the most amazing job on our son’s bar mitzvah. When I say that everything was perfect, it’s not to boast, but as a testament to the skill, dedication and passion of the entire team. The décor was creative, gorgeous, and, welcoming. The expert pacing of the party, the danceable music, the warmth and friendliness of the emcee and motivational dancers, kept all of us – kids and adults – dancing through the night. As Justin said, I truly did feel like a guest at my own party and had no worries whatsoever.Epic Events is very easy to work with, easy to talk to, creative, flexible, practical, and very experienced. Their attention to detail is astonishing. Our family is grateful to them for an unforgettable celebration and many happy memories. I would definitely work with them again !

As a future Mr. and Mrs., the last thing you want is an empty dance floor, tons of elevator music, and an MC that is better off behind the scenes. These guys are not just top notch, but 150% the best. There was never a minute of concern or worry of what song will they play next, or what can I request. The music flowed to the beat of the guests, engaging everyone the entire night. Our expectations were met and then some. We weren't your typical couple that had a song picked out for each moment of the night, and Justin and the team nailed it by selecting music and again, taking the stress off of our planning and things to do. Not only was the music and engagement stellar, but the set-up matched our decor, and the light show gave the wedding that night time dancing affair. So future Mr. and Mrs. let me help you simply by saying, stop stressing, pick up the phone and book them, unless you want a boring wedding.
