Overall Feedback:

That was not the case. Epic charged us full pay in advance to build the website with estimated completion time of 2 - 4 weeks and never happened. ( all documented ) Got paid two months for the SEO job and did not perform within the agreed terms. That was why we had to cancel the agreement. Pay Pal refund policy cover 10 days only that is why they did not refund us beside the fact that Epic is in LA county same like us and should have showed more ethical manner and professionalism in managing the claim.
