Feedback:

The guy I spoke to was very nice and helpful. They are taking precious memories from past family reunions made on VHS and Beta tapes and putting it on DVD'S for us. You don't have to ship your tapes off and worry if you will ever see them again. You leave your tapes with Epic and get them back along with your DVD. All this is done at a very reasonable price.
