Dedicated & Polite ExpertOur informational website spans hundreds of pages of mixed media over the course of decades of curating. We knew that our previous designer and host company wasn't offering us the best value. Our site would crash during peak sale hours. No one would return our calls or emails. Then we found Eddie.He surpassed every expectation we could have thrown at him. As our yearly online sale loomed, we exchanged cell numbers and spent very late nights working together to get our website not only mobile ready, but transferred from a defunct software over to Wordpress and from a dying host company to one with excellent customer service. Eddie is not a designer who hangs up his hat at 5 p.m. He's in the trenches with you every step of the way. He rebuilt our site from the header to the footer, offered ideas for our SEO, set up email for the company nation-wide, and did it all with a laugh over email and phone. His response time to inquiries is faster than a server ping and even though our site has been running smoothly for a year he still answers my ridiculous questions at all hours of the day.Eddie is dedicated, unfailingly polite, and an expert in web design.
