Feedback:

We were initially referred to ESimplified by another company that was already an ESimplified customer - that was over 10 years ago.Our ESimplified team, lead by Mohit, Vibha and Mehwash, built our website from the ground up, revised, updated, designed, implemented custom features, edited, re-edited features and script, offered insightful knowledge based advice on technical and marketing issues. They improved SEO, managed our Google Adwords and enhanced our presence in general social media.But most impressive throughout our entire relationship with Mohit's team is that they have ALWAYS been there for us. Whether it was a crisis emergency, technical advice, marketing insights or answers to the most rudimentary questions, they have always made themselves available to address, analyze and resolve issues. They have demonstrated time after time their genuine desire to help by actually listening to criteria and intended goals. They ask relevant detailed questions toward achieving those goals, design, test, edit, offer for review, re-edit, publish and manage selflessly and tirelessly. We have found their patience to be endless (and yes, it has been tested on several occasions). Their compassion to truly help and resolve has always been prevalent and the concluding result.Over the years, I have referred friends to Mohit's team and they too have reported the same satisfaction in processes and results.Thank you Mohit, Vibha, Mehwash and the entire ESimplified Team, you have been a key component in the growth and success of our business!
