Incredible place to visit. Went on a full on girl's spa day. I love looking at the clothes until I see the prices lol. But it is a great place for a spa experience.

I wanted to purchase a serviceas a gift to a friend & I had picked from their website. When I called , the receptionist proceeded to tell me that the price had gone up, when I asked if she would honor the price they have posted on the webpage she said “no”. To me that is very telling.. when the customers are the bread & butter of your business & you refuse to honor your own error on the side of gaining a potential client?? I define that as poor customer service & more concern for money then integrity. It’s a competitive field & Im certain there’s better here in Longview & they’ll get my business.

Just walking in the doors I felt peaceful. I’ve been coming for a couple years. It has become my second home. Now that the front is a super quality/trendy boutique! It is the only place I buy my clothing and accessories. I love buying locally but, wow the girls know how to find specialty items no other place has. The hats that I picked up and the purses no one in town will have because they usually only order one! The earrings that I own now are one of a kind in this town. Between all the girls they have gotten my skin care routine on track and I haven’t had any acne or break out! The waxing is fast and pleasant… Well as pleasant as it Can be. :) There is a private pedicure room, with Aveda aromas and candles! Sit and soak while I float up to heaven with a wonderful massage. Thank you ladies for bringing this spa and boutique to Longview . Ps the only Aveda you would find around this area!!! ❤️

First impression... this spa is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and smells great!! 2 very important requirements for me. The boutique is charming with several different selections to choose from, shoes, jewelry, clothing, fragrance. Front desk staff attentive and friendly but not overly so. After checking in for my appointment time, I was asked if I would like a complimentary mimosa..why yes thank you!! Another important requirement for me is punctuality, and Lexi my Esthetician was right on time, polite and professional. She explained the service and gave me privacy to get settled. Once we started the service I was putty in her hands. I even fell asleep! I felt that comfortable! My skin felt so rejuvenated and soft. I can’t wait to go back and try the other services this spa and Lexi has to offer!! 5 STAR ⭐️

My wife and I enjoy our spa dates. This is the only place I get her birthday and Christmas gifts. I go to the front desk and the ladies help me pick, then they wrap it fancy. The best service, superb experience every visit. She wouldn’t go anywhere else for waxing and facials.
