They need to get their heads out of their butts they make it hard for people to get rehired and or hired they know this is a small town not alot of jobs around here and they make it difficult they want to be very picky about people's backgrounds or criminal backgrounds when sometimes already employed these people like myself I've worked there before and I did a good job but they don't want to rehire me because what a black-and-white what's on my criminal history and that's not fair because of the circumstances people can be qualified for the job and overqualified for the jobs in this small town which doesn't have a lot of jobs and not being hired because of what's on your background or what happened in your past not necessarily meaning that you'll be a bad worker or did you have a changed. A lot of jobs down here don't put into use the Fidelity bonding in this small little town and this is one of the places that makes it hard for people to get employed or reemployed
