Mike and the Eternity team took our site from "ok, for its time" to "wow, I didn't realize how far behind we were" with the increase in online traffic to prove it! What is also great is that the platform of our new site is so intuitive that I can make changes and updates quickly and easily. The site looks fresh and is so well integrated with the image of our hospitality business. Working with the Eternity Web team has been fantastic! Faced with upgrading and redesigning our existing, nearly 20 year-old, e-commerce site, we knew we needed to find an experienced, local, and patient, web development team. From the beginning, the Eternity team listened to our specific needs and objectives, were a collaborative partner throughout the entire project, and, when needed, they were willing to explore/evaluate/implement features outside of their existing portfolio.

Eternity has been a dream to work with - I came into a position where part of my new job was to manage our website and I had never done anything even close to this before. Mike provided in person training that was easy for me to absorb and he provided it in manageable chunks. Since then Eternity has been very responsive whenever I have questions and has consistently guided me through the mysterious process of managing our website including helping me to understand what works to post and what doesn't and providing the resources to carry the suggestions out.

Eternity Web recently built us a new website. They listened and followed our instruction for its overall functionality. They cooperated with our photographer and graphic designer. We found them to be responsive and timely with tweaks and suggestions as the process moved along. Rob was friendly and approachable, easy to work with.
