Do not use this company aka BMV Media for your installs. Throughout the process there was a tremendous lack of communication, horrible customer service, we were put on hold and even hung up on. The only reason I'm giving them any stars is because you have to in order to leave a review. After calling and emailing numerous times my sign was finally installed. Do not utilize them for signs run the other way! RubyLee was nice when she actually answered her phone.

No recomiendo esta compañia me quedaron mal con mi trabajo se quedaron con mi dinero y ni me an dado la cara para resolver el problema. No tengo palabras para descrivir ah este lugar al pareser no eh sido la unica victima de estas personas. Porfavor tengan cuidado con estas RAPIÑAS!!

This place has been reported to the TDLR the owner Javier bowler is a coward seems he's used to practicing bad business he hides inside the building by locking doors and leaving customers outside. I witnessed more than once unhappy customers asking for him outside the building demanding either money back or to talk to this coward Javier. Do not bring your business here he will take your money with no problem and you won't hear from him again. Don't be fooled you have been warned!

ADVERTENCIA A LA COMUNIDAD EMPRESARIAL!!! El dia 12 de Septiembre 2017 nos visito el presidente de la compania EUREKA!SIGNS el Sr. Javier Bowler, con domicilio en 8201 Lockheed Dr. Ste. 131 para instalarnos un letrero de nuestra propiedad mismo que levanto para hacerle unos ajustes de ntras instalaciones de nuestra compañia TORRESDEY MOTORS, ubicado en 7358 Alameda av. con la promesa que instalara el letrero en 15 dias apartir de ese dia, nos pidio un anticipo de $5,000.00 ese mismo dia y $5,000.00, 10 dias despues, dando un total de $10,000.00 que se le entregaron a esta compañia. La Gerencia de TORRESDEY MOTORS trato de tener comunicacion con la empresa EUREKA!SIGNS sin tener ninguna respuesta positiva hacia nuestra empresa, al contrario fuimos agredidos verbalmente con palabras vulgares no adecuadas de mencionar. Ahora se niega a cumplir con el trabajo que ellos fueron a ofrecer a nuestro negocio, se niegan a regresar el anticipo y peor aun se niegan a regresar el letrero que es de nuestra propiedad que ellos mismo fueron a levantar a ntras instalaciones. Por este medio, la misma pagina de EUREKA!SIGNS, quiero hacerles saber a la comunidad empresarial de El Paso Tx, Que basados en nuestra experiencia con esta empresa, podemos afirmar que NO ES CONFIABLE, NO ES REPONSABLE, NO TIENEN ETICA, NO SABEN CUMPLIR SUS TRATOS. y sus representantes fueron DESPOTAS, GROSEROS Y ORDINARIOS con nosotros sus clientes. Por eso hago esta ADVERTENCIA PUBLICA: Tenga mucha PRECAUCION con esta empresa, la cual estamos en proceso de demanda por incumplimiento de contrato y ROBO de nuestro letrero. Nosotra empresa solo queria el reembolso del anticipo y nuestro letrero de regreso, o alguna solucion que lleve al termino del trabajo contratado. y el Sr. Javier Bowler presidente de EUREKA!SIGNS se ha negado siendo DESPOTA y VULGAR. TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO!!!
