Was pretty skeptic about this place when I saw the reviews but my experience was pretty good had noon appt got there at 11:50 got a door right away loaded and left at 1:05 not bad nice staff also

Been picking up loads on and off for years at Canton. If you want to be babied, stay away. They load about 45 trucks a day so you have to be on time. They have appointment times so be sure your dispatch gives you the correct time. Be early. Be respectful and they will respect you and your time. Be sure trailer is clean. Loads are on the floor. Might have a FDA food paper load. No dust, powder, or leaks or you will be rejected. Don’t get mad. Should have read check in paper and listened to person at window. Average load time, 1 hour. Better to get appointment in morning. Drivers that expect to be catered to don’t honor their appointment time so they all show up at lunch causing a backup and then first come, first serve. Then expect 2-3 hours. Sometimes might be more if paper has been damaged. Old building and not so great facilities but 2 truck stops within 10 miles. Expect 45,000 lb load or don’t show up. Know how to adjust your tandems. If you show up with a 77,000 overweight ticket, expect to be questioned. Yes, they make mistakes but usually try to correct them. Have straps, some loads may need them. Yes, some employees need attitude adjustment, but your attitude may need adjustment too. Better be a good professional backer. Docks are tight. Don’t expect favors and you will get in and out.

You can call and call and call this number all you want but they DO NOT ANSWER, why even have a phone?? This place is a joke and lets hope they get replaced by someone who actually KNOWS what they're doing unlike these people...-----------------------Zero stars!
