Feedback:

Long wait times and way too many incompetent staff members who have no idea what they're doing. Lack of knowledge can be shocking (one insisted to the point of screaming that you can still contract HIV from someone undetectable, another claimed a scar I had was due to herpes!) and some nurses like to shame people at their most vulnerable. If you can go elsewhere, do so.

I felt all of the staff at Sandyford were very helpful and friendly especially the nurse i seen she was amazing. Considering how busy the place was I didn't wait long at all and would recommend this service to anyone who needs it :)

Staff and the lady who took me were lovely and roughly on time. However the "nurse" did not take my blood properly Could not find my vein and I almost passed out, I'm left with a bruise and a damaged blood vessel.

Terrible - waiting months for urgent care appointments. When you book an appointment they don’t inform you that it’s not at that actual time you book and you then have to wait hours. I still haven’t been seen and it’s been two months. If I get more problems because of this I will be reporting them to the police.

Undertook an. NHS medical proceedure here as referred by my doctor. From start to finish I was guided through the process, everything was clear and I was given my dates for the operation. I had to cancel unfortunately but they rescheduled for me. The staff at the desk and on phone were fantastic. The surgeon was magnificent, talking to me throughout and making sure I was OK. All in all a great service. Thank you.

Where to start?? This place used to be excellent I have used it since I was 17 but the day I turned 19 I was told I am not welcome anymore as I am over the age limit... I am in my 20s now and when I call or go in to say about something then I say my DOB it's like "can I stop u right there u need to book appointment" when u book appointment u are never took on time. The reception staff don't want to know anything unless u are 16-18.. Its a sexual health clinic and people over 18 are at more risk and have more emergencies than the 16-18 year olds.. All ages should be treated the same!!! Complete disappointment also staff never ever ever pick up the phone so how do u actually book an appointment?? Phone not answered.. When u go in and say u DOB they just don't want to serve you and the appointment is like after 5 weeks... 0 stars 0 0 0 0 0

Getting an appointment is an absolute joke unless they think it’s serious enough you’ll be lucky to even be seen and by that time you’d end up a lot worse in a month time for when they have booked your appointment for.
