We really enjoyed working with Steffi and Brandi on our new site. They gave us the tools we need to manage our site and a great redesign on an old clunker of a website. During the design process our old site was hacked and Steffi and Brandi were amazing. They worked with me to design a redirect page listing the site as 'under construction' and offering our clients a contact form so that we could still capture new leads. They quickly helped us switch our hosting, effectively killing the hacked site, and redirecting old pages to the temporary contact page. Now, with the security measures they offer, and the update service we purchased, I never have to worry about that happening again. Very helpful and responsive, and I love the training notes and blog that are there to assist me with questions as I build the site out.
