Feedback:

If i could give this property less than 1 star I would. The elevators are not up to certification and are not safe for residents. Many times they have dropped floors while I have been in them and many times I have heard other residents say they drop floors while they were riding them. There is dog pee a-lot of the times in the elevators and hallways as well as half the elevators do not even work.

Feedback:

I’m so glad I finally finished moving in this great building 😊 tenants are kind and the staff and personnel are very informative and polite. I’m happy I’m having a great experience so far specially with Anthony from maintenance who offered himself to help me moving my dining table from my car to the 29th floor. He was great! I know that wasn’t part of his duties but he went above and beyond I couldn’t ask for more. The view from my apartments is breathtaking 🙌

Feedback:

Jaime Santiago was very professional, provided excellent maintenance, quick support, and went above and beyond his duties to help me solve issues prior to hurricane Dorian hitting. 5 stars!

Feedback:

Feedback:

The building doesn't block sounds out much at all on any floor or side. The parking is a pain to get in and out of if there are ANY events or just a Friday or Saturday night. There are constant issues with the elevators (they advertise 7, but rarely have more than a max of 5 working). People are not very considerate of other residents, they leave trash in the halls and elevators, make noise in the hallways at all hours of the night, and disregard rules about leashed pets and keeping them out of the pool area. It's also pretty expensive. $1975 a month for a 2 bed/ 2bath, and we got it in a "cheap" week. The hallways smell like weed, booze, vomit, or urine at any given time. The fire alarms go off very regularly. My daughter, husband and I got stuck in an elevator for 2.5 hours and after trying to find out why that happened for 3 months, with a fire station across the street I gave up. There's never anything offered when mistakes are made or things break or go wrong. The front doors are unlocked all the time and people can easily fake being anyone to get in. The only things I'll miss is being able to walk to multiple places and the nice gym. The view is nice and so is the staff, but management/higher-ups need to get stuff together.

I love living at 55 West! Soniali was amazing dealing with all of my move in questions and was very quick at responding & very knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone! The staff is always super kind and helpful. I’ve never lived anywhere like this. They truly care about their residents and want to help as best they can. Great experience so far!!

Feedback:

Miguel and Pedro provided outstanding maintenance service in my unit yesterday. They were professional, quick (without rushing), and did every aspect of the job beautifully. SO thankful for all of 55 W staff- Soniali and Josh are both dreams to work with in the office and Carlos in security is wonderful and is always willing to help with anything I've ever asked of him. Going on my fourth year here- love my place.

Feedback:

Feedback:

UPDATE: there is a clause in the lease that allows you to break it as the elevators are a safety issue.Management has some audacity. They email and text us to be "patient" about all the broken elevators when THEY sat on 2 broken elevators for the last few month's. They intentionally waited.Every single elevator is broken. 5 are COMPLETELY down. Half the buttons on the other two don't work and are always lit up.Greystar owes their residents a partial rent refund for this nightmare.UPDATE: they sent us an email this morning saying they fixed 2 of the elevators and that 4 were now running. When I came home we were back to only 2 working total so either they are lying to residents or don't know how to fix elevators to run for more than a day. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Feedback:

Have lived here the past 2 years and love it. The building has made tremendous improvements over the past few years under new management. The increased security is great too as they have someone out front of the building at night.
