Feedback:

The office staff were very nice and helpful when I came in to have something shipped (which clearly wasn't their core business), however, when I asked about having promotional materials, they seemed unprepared and uninterested. I'm assuming their main clientele are small organizations that don't have a professional design staff that would need to know such information illustrated in the attached photo.Amendment (unable to reply to reply):Instead of defending yourself with irrelevant claims about the scope of your business, why don't you take some responsibility for my customer dissatisfaction and try to do better. Having clear listings of the types of paper (for which there are many) in addition to other service fees and options would have been more than adequate.
