Feedback:

The team at Exec Services saved the day! We ordered a special photo book as a gift through an online, out-of-state service and the postal service delayed delivery. A group of kindergartners were planning to present the book to their teacher during a ceremony the next day! --- I called Exec Services to see if there was any way they could take the photo book file and create something new for me in 24 hours! Jamey, Alex and the team, were exceptional to work with. In just a few hours they responded with a back up option for our book and had a book printed, bound and ready for pick up!!!! The price was reasonable but more than that Alex, was so thorough, helpful and professional. His demeanor melted away the stress of the situation and made me feel so taken care of. I was blown away!! I also want to thank Jamey for ultimately OK'ing his team to take the last minute job. I got a phone call from the team less than an hour after I initially wrote them and they were so solution oriented. I can't say enough about the awesome customer experience I had with Exec Services!!
