Paid $1 to get my FICO score, while they hid the details about it being a 7 day trial that ends up charging you $21.95 a month in the fine print. Realized it 4 months later. There wasn't even one email about my subscription, and they only refunded me for the prior month. They are being underhanded to gain money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to download my free credit report from the agency to review, instead got stuck with a membership. I did not realize I was paying for any sort of membership service. It's really sad and pathetic that we have corrupt credit reporting bureaus that take advantage of something that affects our entire life. Remember when they decided to charge people for "added security" after their SS# breach? This company is a load of garbage.

They let a hacker access my data, and now they don't want to pay me the full $125 they owe me for the settlement? Horrible company run by downright criminals
