I called to find out if they were a store selling a product I have (Zoom H5 + Sennheiser ME66 mic). Was looking for some help on how to set my stuff up correctly (high noise floor) and / or direction on what else I should buy. They aren't the kind of business I'm looking for, never the less the guy I spoke to (Rodney) was very eager to help me.As helpful as he was to me, knowing I wasn't a potential customer, I imagine customers that hire him for events will be very happy.
Feedback:
I had some questions for them and they made a point to make sure I got an answer. They truly didn't have to follow up as thoroughly as they did. I appreciated that.
