Very unprofessional! I called and spoke with Craig who was very nice and Guaranteed my my order would be printed and ready for pickup before my deadline. I agreed to have my file ready for him that next morning. I sent an email the next day to follow up, no reply. The next week, Monday morning, I followed up with another email and still nothing. So, I called and left a message since he stepped out. Nervous about my deadline I decided to call Phipps Reprographics whom I’ve used in the past. Even with the deadline of less than 24 hrs, they were able to complete my order as well as give me a quote of about $35 less and Free Delivery. I even had the pleasure of working with the owner. Saving money and great customer service is essential. Btw, I finally received a phone call 3 days past my deadline. Smh. As a business you really need to tighten up or you’ll continue to have bad reviews. I’ll stick with Phipps from now on.

I wish I could give no stars. I am extremely aggravated. For the almost $160 for 6 shirts and a onsie that was the wrong size I expected more. I was so excited to get shirts made and even was ok with a onsie that barely fit. But I was told to wash my shirts before wearing because they sticky . I made sure I asked alot of questions about the proper way to do so the shirts wouldn't get ruined but they did .I turned them inside out and washed them on the delicate cycle with very little soap. Dried on low for about 15 minutes. My shirts look like Ive had them for months. I feel like if I followed the washing instructions she gave me they would have been worse but I knew better. Before the was the shirts were ok. Not perfect, which Sam admitted. I'll never use this company again and if anyone asks about the shirts I'll be able to point them in a different direction. If I could add a picture I would.
