My son is graduating from Air Force BMT this week and I wanted a banner made for him. I spent $73 for a banner that states CONGRATIUTIONS on it and was blamed for not spell checking Victoria's work. Adding insult to injury she wanted to charge me MORE money to fix it ! Now I'm not sure how everyone else maintains employment but I'm pretty sure the main focus is job performance? Needless to say I will not recommend or return.
