Poor customer service. Did not fix the problem. Found a temporary fix. Googled the task at hand. Tried to fix it. Failed. Anxiously charged $ 69. Said he had an appointment in 10 min and no opportunity to address it later. Waste of my time. Had a pro look at the same problem. Solved. Will never come to this place.
