I've waited more than 3 months to write this review in hopes that a resolution would occur, it has not. Two statues were packaged and shipped from ezee copy and the owner Tate. I even purchased $500 in extra insurance. Both packages arrived broken. UPS was notified and came and got the packages the very next day (July 7,2017) to examine. They concluded it was poor packaging and the responsibility laid on ezee copy. I told Tate and he said he'd get in contact with ups, back n forth we went for 3 months. Finally I called taint again today and asked what the status was. He said he hasn't heard from ups, I told him (for the 5th time) ups isn't doing anything bc it was his packaging that resulted in the broken items. He said "what do you want me to do about it?" I said he needed to pay for them bc I bought extra insurance. He exclaimed that wouldn't be happening and hung up on me. Why is it that people won't take responsibility? What an awful business and individual. I'm out the money it cost to ship and pay extra insurance AND two statues. Bottom line, don't bother buying extra insurance or having them package anything for you, or better yet, just use a diff business to mail your packages.
