At EZLOCAL my experience working with Jacquelin has been extremely good. What I like about working with Jacquelin is, whenever I call her or write to her, she is quick to respond. She always makes sure she always has time for me. She listens to my business requirements and works with me and is ready to give her advice to make a better decision. She is patient and understanding and helps me a lot with her expertise and helps me make the right decisions.

One of the things you look for in a SEO is not friendliness and companionship, although in this company there is more than enough of that, just results. How you gauge results in my business is phone calls coming in. Within a month of being an EZlocal client I received my first Google phone call from an area I wanted to work in but the strategies I had tried in the past were ineffective. The key words we used at EZlocal raised my place in Google and I received not only a phone call but a good sized order that, if this were only one this month-which I doubt will be the case, it would have paid for itself. I cannot say enough how glad I am to find an SEO that knows what they are doing at a good price. Long live our relationshipp.

Things are going well so far. Jacqueline M has been doing a great job staying in contact and responding very promptly to questions or requests I have. Within a week of launching an AdWords campaign we are seeing very good results. 12 leads in less than a week with 3 closed sales already.

My account rep Sandra is an outstanding professional business leader. She anticipates every need and offers suggestions and comment both positive and negative on any open dialog we have. I believe Dave is the web designer and he too is quick to respond and follow thru with questions, changes and any modifications needed to make my website customer friendly for most any and all users. As the owner of an HVAC company, I found the prospect of searching out and listing my company (and correcting the existing listings) in local directories daunting. EZlocal took care of it for me without me spending hours scouring the internet. They were so good with the listings, I asked them to take over my social media postings. They take the time to research the industry and provide my "followers" with relevant and timely information that keeps them engaged through fresh content. My account manager, Vasia, as well as my social media manager, Ashley, make my life easy. Both communicate with me regularly. Vasia took time to suggest website improvements and also keyword usage to improve Google, Bing and Yahoo search results. She also provided me with links so I can easily obtain reviews from my customers to improve my ranking. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Fantastic in every way.
