Everyone at Fab Web has done an incredible job. I met with Kate with the barest outline of what I wanted for my website and with the right questions and discussion she brought to life a web site for me that is wonderful. It incorporated everything I wanted. It works smoothly, looks fabulous and the cost was less than I expected! Hooray and thank you.! They have also coached me through adding photos to it on my own.

Fab Web Philly is an absolutely fantastic web site company. They make navigating this increasingly difficult terrain of social media a snap. I have yet to ask them to do something where they have said, "I don't think that can be done" . I hired Fab Web Philly to design my website and would most enthusiastically recommend them. They were very good about listening to my needs and ideas and presented various ideas of how to accomplish them. They focused on what would be the best value for me, rather than trying to "up sell me" on more complicated ideas. Their structure is to have a single point of customer contact -- so that there is continuity for the customer experience. Since the original site was launched I have involved them in updating and changing things -- to accommodate the shifts in my business.

Jim and the Fab Web team redesigned our website. It looks great and is easy for us to edit ourselves now that it's launched (though they are always willing to help clients with edits if you would rather not mess with it). We are also now getting more new client requests through our site, and more people who find us through search engines like Google. We also recently had a minor issue after the site launched (not their fault) and Jim talked me through how to fix it right away. They don't bill for quick questions, which is nice.Jim is a great communicator and working with them went very smoothly. Happy to recommend them with no reservations.
