This company has very poor customer service. They never call you back and all you get when you call them is "I'm sorry no one is available, please leave your name and number and someone will call you back." Of course, they don't call back! For what my church is paying for our website, I think it is time to find another vendor!!! My boss has been trying to get some resolution for our website which isn't displaying properly and to no avail...we've not had any success with faithhighway! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We can't get them to respond to our requests for support. We can't get into our website to make changes, nor will our request forms for prayer and to sign up for activities such as VBS. We have been attempting to get in touch with them for a few weeks now and to no avail. Via email, from their website as well as by telephone. Very discouraging to say the least, especially given the cost of their "Web-hosting" Dianne (Office Manager)

ZERO STARS - Worst experience ever.

WARNING! Nightmare experience. I was told most the people that worked there were pastors. Praying it's not true, as there was too much deception to believe. They waited 8-9 weeks out to tell me they couldn't do what I wanted, and kept asking me to just take what they could do. When they were caught, they asked me to give them another chance. If I didn't like it, the would give me a full refund. Long story short, it wasn't what I wanted. When I asked about the refund ($2500 paid up) front that they offered to me, they said no, and asked me to just take what they had built. They bold faced lied about the refund all the while telling me I had every right to be upset, while some of the employees telling me that they would come help me personally to make up for what the company had done to me. Please pray for those who find their way into this trap!

My site is live but not complete just yet. We went live with it because we wanted it up for Easter.The FaithHighway team has been working hard with us to get it completed.Janis Jack was very helpful & very generous with her talents.Mike White has been AWESOME!. He has helped me so much with things and especially trouble shooting some issues with our giving link. He is still helping me almost every week with the things that I am trying to do on my end.We are loving our new website.Thanks!Rickey

Faith Highway blows big time!!! I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is abysmal. They won't return calls. If you complain during the building of your site they will use bully tactics and threats of legal actions. Your time means nothing to them. We had another company design our new site. We sent Faith Highway a written request to take down all pointers to their URL for our site. After 10 unreturned calls, two service tickets and voice mails they finally responded. And yet it's STILL not done! Those people are the worse. From a cost to service provided standpoint, look for another company. A lot of the better sites are using Wordpress templates. It's a whole lot easier to manage your own site. STAY AWAY FROM FAITH HIGHWAY... don't say you weren't warned
