After 19 years in business and using multiple advertising strategies, we took out 8 month advertising with them for two of my companies, got so few calls that we lost money on this advertising. We kept paying the entire contract because we wanted to honor the agreement. At the end of the term we fell behind on the payment by two months and they charged us late fees of over $250.00. I don't mind paying the late fees because we fell behind, what i do mind is paying the entire cost and then some with minimal results. They messed up our ad a couple of times during the year as well. I would have been happy if they even just offered to wave $25.00 of the late fee. I wont use them again.

We opened our franchise business, Budget Blinds of Canton, in November of 2014. Since we serve a specific geographical region for our business, we needed to find a source for print media marketing that would target our region. We joined the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce in January 2015 and we were warmly greeted by Janet as new business owners in the community of Canton. She recommended advertising in the Canton Family Life magazine and our first month of advertising also included a feature bio provided by the magazine.We have received multiple sales leads from our advertisements in Canton Family Life! I have even had a few customers have the initial bio article and ad from our first run laying open in their homes to show us how they found out about our new business. Janet has also been very helpful in making suggestions for our monthly ads and we have valued her input greatly. We will continue to advertise with Canton Family Life as we grow our business in the Canton community!
