Customer service is poor. Woman that sits at the front desk not very friendly and can use a class in customer service. Not happy with my signs. I’m a brand new agent and I’ve never ordered signs before. Was never given a proof. She took my name and number and told me the signs would be ready in 10 days. When I picked up the signs they added my broker’s email and never gave me the option of using my own email. I had no idea she automatically added my brokers email address to the sign.So now when people email about my listings it’ll go to the wrong email. Thanks for nothing Farmer Signs!

I'm giving them 3 stars because I have a few issues with them. They do print good signs. All of my signs are the same colors of the files that I send over to them. My issue is with their customer service. No one ever seems to know if my order has been printed or not. I can never get a response via email and when I call they never seem to know who I am. I've changed companies and provided this information but they can never find me or my print job. It seems to me that if they assigned numbers to their print jobs that they would be able to locate them easier for the customer.

I've been purchasing signs from Farmer since I got into the business 9+ years ago and I'm still buying them today. They can help you custom-design a sign or use your own design and go from concept to reality very quickly. Compared to other sign companies, I feel like Farmer is very competitive on price and I like supporting local businesses so two thumbs up to Farmer Signs, keep up the great work.
