Client Review on Fast Printing & Signs

Brandy gave poor customer service by not informing me that blue prints I thought was 11x17 that print for $.25 cent in which that what we had discussed. My company wanted the blue print printed BUT ATTITUDE WAS TERRIBLE. She even said she had them printed and when I ask to see them to see what copies was important she refused to show them to me. We at Crawford Fenceline believe in spending company money with local companies but this local company I will not and don't recommend anyone nor company. I felt if the blue prints was printed I felt she would have brought them fort and let me choose which ones I wanted if not all. If one price is discussed then that what need. If different advise the person your doing the printing not try to make them pay for a price you asked about and have a person thinking that's what they going to get.
