Their knowledgee of computers and complexity is unequalled.Often, they offer promptly one or more solutions, explaining the pros and cons of each, and the difference in cost. They are always ready to advise me, even on the phone : as a very old retiree, I forget at times how to perform some function or another on my computer, and they do not hesitate to help me out. I had a problem with Error Code 43, tried to find a solution on line and ended up disabling my server connection. I called Fast Rhino and within a day, Merlin from Fast Rhino arrived at my door and solved the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and solved the problem within minutes. I highly recommend Fast Rhino!

Couldn't be happier! Very friendly, knowledgeable crew turned my old, slow PC into a screaming fast machine in less than two days! New solid state drive (more than twice the size of my old drive, cloned my old drive onto it so everything is there); new, faster video card; installed new WiFi card (I didn't have one before); swapped my old, slow RAM chips for brand-new, faster chips for NO CHARGE! Also found and deleted malware I didn't know was there. All this for 500 bucks! (including labor). Thanks Fast Rhino, you will be my go-to computer place from now on :)

My wireless network adapter was dying and the gentleman fixed me up with an Ethernet cable. Plus I had mail issues because I forgot my password. He fixed everything!

Just had my home computer cleaned up by Fast Rhino ( Zak Taylor)He was very professional and explained everything as he was going along. Zak also answered all the questions I had and made suggestions on taking better care of my PC. I would highly recommend Fast Rhino for any computer needs , I think they are the Best in the business.
