Feedback:

My laptop was operating extremely slow for a couple of days. Then I could not connect to the internet. I called several computer repair companies and Fast-teks of Athens was the first company that actually answered their phone. I was impressed with the friendliness of the customer support person. Well, the technician, Rob, came to my home and did an assessment and determined that a recent Microsoft update was the root of the problem. While repairing my laptop, Rob offered to perform a back-up of my computer, since one was not completed for quite some time. The end result; my laptop is working wonderfully, they came the same day and I am very, very pleased with the services from Rob and Fast-teks of Athens. I will definitely use them from now on.
