Disappointed is the only word that I can come up with. Looked around before I chose them to put decals on my new truck. They were highly regarded so I gave them a shot and it's been a stressful period since. Water streaks and bubbles on the door decals were clearly not going away after listening to Chase's direction on keeping the vehicle in the sun. I was informed that the decals were not a certain type of vinyl and that's why this happened. "These decals were ordered through Nissan and the exact ones they have put on their vehicles and are expensive" I explained to them that I looked at other vehicles with this same decal and there were no problems. Got nothing more out of Chase than what I call the corporate lingo. " I could buy more and they could try it again or go to another shop" This is what Chase told me. Spoke to Anthony the General Manager and he assured me that it would be handled and I would be happy. I went the next day from Batesville, Ms. again and Anthony worked on this for me and it looked great while I was there. However, I noticed Anthony really did not wish to converse with me and let me know that he has a lot of work and walked away from me quickly after he felt the job was done. Stating we appreciate your business. I drove home and noticed later that some bubbles came back and water streaks. It has become clear to me that because I wasn't a big money job that they do not care. I know they are highly regarded but wanted to let people know about this. If you are not big money to them and they screw the job up you simply need to go away.
