We have been using Fastsigns North for years to produce our banners and signage for our annual benefit golf tournament, and they are fantastic to work with. They work with us to get the graphics layout just right, proofs and products are turned around quickly, and the final products are always just right. They have responded to last-minute needs when we got late sponsors that changed the order, and always with a smile. Great people to work with!

The service was very fast and Fast Signs delivered exactly what I wanted and even went the extra mile by giving me more than what I was expecting. Their staff is very friendly and kind. Omar and Sergio were so helpful. I will definitely be using them with my company in the future!

They were definitely fast, I called on a Monday and was able to get my banner by Wednesday. My issue is that I spent 20 minutes in the store going over what I wanted, then when they sent the first proof to my email there were 4 errors (like a random capital letter in one word, a different font than the one I picked in the store), they sent it again with another error and the font changed (but not the correct one), final version was at least spelled correctly. My husband picked it up and they printed the second to last version even after I confirmed on the phone. It’s not a huge deal it’s just frustrating to have so much back and forth and to spend $75 on something that I’m not happy with.

Billing charges all over and inconsistent,now I cannot get anyone to respond back to my emails. I finally stood up for myself and told them I wasn’t paying $26 for 6 (1x8) small stickers and that they had provided me with 15 (1x8) and (1)MUCH LARGER one for $26. Than when I tell them there trying to take advantage of me, they offer to give me some for free but now no one will responsible and respond to my emails?
