Its base housing. I wouldn't reccomend to anyone. The historical bricks are in disrepair and the new houses are terribly and cheaply built.

I have been to five bases with privatized housing. Balfour Beatty is by and large the absolute worst housing office I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Not taking maintenance calls seriously, unwilling to help with issues, unwilling to entertain a “Move-Over”, and so much more. Today is the icing on the absolutely horrible cake. I had reserved the Neighborhood Center for the weekend for my son’s birthday. I coordinated with their office to pick up the keys to the Center 10am Saturday. I even confirmed it the evening before. However, I showed up at 10am and NO ONE IS HERE. I have waited an hour and three minutes and still, NO ONE IS HERE. I am so fed up with this horrible Housing Office, for the first time in my career, I will gladly be moving off-base.Update: no one ever showed up. Had to cancel my son’s birthday party. Absolutely the worst Privatized Housing Office ever.
